Who is Eligible
All South County Health staff are eligible for the Referral Bonus program with the exception of the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources staff.

Earn a $200 Bonus if you refer someone into any other benefit eligible open position!
How It Works
- Submit a Referral: If you know someone who would be a great addition to South County Health, submit their details to our Talent Acquisition Team.
- Application: Referred candidates must complete an application for the position(s) they are interested in. On their application, they will be asked who referred them for the position.
- Review Process: Our hiring team will review the referral’s application and assess their qualifications for the open position.
- Interview and Hiring: If your referral is selected for an interview, they’ll be contacted by our recruitment team.
- Earn Rewards: Once your referred candidate is successfully hired and completes their probationary period, you’ll receive your referral bonus
Referral Guidelines
- Referrals should meet the qualifications of the open role and align with our company values.
- All South County Health staff are eligible for the Employee Referral Program with the exception of the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources staff.
- Referrals can be made for full-time and part-time positions. Referral bonuses are not eligible for internal transfers, per diem hires, or rehires within two years of their previous separation date.
- Bonuses are awarded once the referred candidate has passed their probationary period. Bonuses are awarded in 2 payments, the first when the referred candidate has passed their probationary period and the second after the referred candidate has completed one year of service. The $200 bonus will be paid in one lump sum once the referred candidate has passed their probationary period.
- Both the referring and referred individuals must be employed by South County Health at the time of the bonus payout.
- Referral bonuses are prorated for part-time positions with the exception of the $200 bonus.
